Pay Pal Plus credit card sux

Ok, I refianced my house and land, and sent those buggars a check, They recieved it March 2nd, Then they proceeded to hold the check till march 28th. I went to have a laser treatment done to my face today, When all of a sudden, I'm being declined. WTF?!? I call them, they dropped my credit limit down to $400.00 from $2000.00 with no prior warning, First the guy tell me it was done at cardholders request. BS! I demanded details on that, who, when and so on, 2 minutes laterhe changes the story, now he says that it was decreased because I was late on a payment. What a crock. I have also been fighting these clowns at GE Money Bank, the Pay Pal plus credit card company since Dec.12. over my name change. They never changed any of the info after a letter, and a certified copy of the court ordered name change. They said they never recieved it. And that it would take 30 days. By the way, 30 days is the standard time frame for those folks. Kinda like 40 days and 40 nights...
Anyway, I resubmitted the information, this time I had it mailed certified mail with signature reciept, Guess what, They still deny having recieved it, even though I have the reciept in my hands. While I'm discussing all this with the guy, he hanges up on me. I never swore or anything, especially since I was in a public place, and there was a couple of ladies sitting there trying to politely ignore me. So I didn't get ugly with him. I wonder if they are dragging their feet, and discriminating against me because I told them the Reason I was changing my name, My transitioning from male to female.
so, I'm angry, I'm embarrassed, I'm tired, and I'm having to face this hugh inconvience with my face burnt, and no makeup, and definately no cash. I refrained from using that card for months in order to resume my treatments, laser and electrolysis. So I've spent the remainder of the day crying. I'm really frustrated with them. I wish that my electrolgist accepted Discover Card. At least you know what to expect from them, Quality service, and good rates. Why do so many people not accept Discover?

What a mess. That sure has to hurt! Credit card companies can sure get us by the short hairs.
